Yes! Aside from marriage certificate, a cenomar is another requirements in the interview and it must appear on the cenomar that you are married if your petitioner is your husband or wife.

@mockingjay: Your PD is 2013, why it took you so long for the interview? And why it takes 7 mos. for your case to be completed? Thank you.

Its NVCs incapability. Delays in our Ds260 review, we've been calling and follow up almost daily and they couldnt give us any reason what took the delay when all our documents are correct and okay. We have no checklist, its just that NVC haven't reviewed our ds260. Edited by Mockingjay

Really? Maybe we are on the same boat. They sent us a checklist last October 28, the instruction was to fill up the DS260, but i was done filling it up on September 25. My husband called them and said ignore the email of the checklist and they will review it for 30 days. My husband called after 30 days, they said 45 days to review. They said all the papers are ok. The supervisor is reviewing the blah blah blah. We just need to wait. I hope it wont happen to me like 7mos. In 4 mos. now my PD will hopefully be current. My husband will call them again next week.

No we haven't received any checklist. We've been calling them and asking what's happening, are there things we can do to fix and make it fast? Are there documents needed? Nvc kept on telling us documents were okay and no problem. Everything we submitted is correct, its just that DS260 wasnt reviewed yet. We've been asking why they are havig a hard time reviewing our ds260? They can't give us the reason because they dont know too. It was scalated to supervisor twice then nothing happened. but anyway, we surpassed that stage so here we go for the interview :)

I called them yesterday, the lady said it was done reviewing on December 31. I hope its legit because I asked them why we haven't receive any email for confirmation of case completed. I'm on queue for the interview once my PD will be current.

Don't worry Im sure it will be granted on the right time. Keep praying. Goodluck
