My fiance and I are in the process of submitting all our paperwork for her K-1 Visa. I had a question because of the sorry state of the postal system here in Vietnam. Her home in her hometown has no address and she lives with me here in Ho Chi Minh City, but we will be moving soon. So I was wondering if anyone knows what exactly we should enter as her mailing address on our I-129f. Can the reply from the consulate go to the post office and we pick it up later?

While I am asking, does anyone know if I need to submit a I-134 form along with my initial application to the Dallas lockbox? Or is this only required later for the interview?

Thanks for reading

I don't know about the mailling address and I do not want to inform you wrong but defintely the Affidavit of Support (form I-134) you are only gonna need it at the embassy when the interview is scheduled.

Since you are applying for a K1 Visa, the one and only time that the consulate would mail something to your fiancee is the Packet 3 letter, which can be downloaded from the consulate website if you search for the link here. You will need a copy of that Packet 3 letter for medical exam and vaccinations but it can be requested to be emailed to you so there is absolutely no need to be expecting any kind of mail being sent from the consulate.

When she has her interview and is approved, her Visa will be hand-delivered by an EMS courier and you will have a chance to update your mailing address then and there (at the consulate after the interview, before you leave the building).

I would use her (your) current address and once you moved (and your petition is approved and forwarded to the consulate in Saigon), fill out an online inquiry form to ask them to update her address.

As far as I-134 goes, you will only need it at the interview. You do not have to file it with the I-129F package.

Unfortunately, I am not aware of any PO Box service similar to what the USPS offers here in the states so I am clueless as to the last part of your question.
