I'm getting ready to petition for my father that lives in Colombia... My question is about the biometrics fee,Form 1- I30, I-864, and I-693...

Do I need to file I-864 and I-693 Forms along with the 1-I30 form? also, do I send to the biometrics fee with the 1-I30 form as well?

Thanks for any advice :joy:

hi

only the i130, payments and documents, for now

the i864 will be at the nvc stage, the rest are for adjusting status in the US

he will have the medical appointment and vaccinations in his country so the i693 isn't needed

No at this time you file the I-130, with proof of your citizenship (either your entire US passport or naturalization certificate), a copy of your birth certificate showing both of your parents names, a copy of your parent's marriage certificate that shows they were married when you were born, and any divorce decrees your father may have as well for any prior marriages before your birth.

The I-864 comes at the NVC stage of the process. The I-693 isn't needed at all. There is no biometrics fee
