Hi guys i have my interview next month

Which documents should my husband scan/email or post to me our visa is CR1

This is how much i know so far I need to take all the originals that we have sent to USCIS and NVC.

The interview letter doesn't ask for much only a few things but still want to make sure.

ONE MORE QUESTION: Do I need to take proofs for the money my husband has sent me? I mean is it required in the London embassy?

Thanks in advance

Document lists are in the links. These are all documents for the UK person. Nothing from the U.S. person except the affidavit of support with required proofs like tax return, employer letter, etc.

If the original I-864 went to the NVC along with his tax return and proof of his income, then it will be in the file sent to London. Any originals that went to NVC will already be in your file at the interview. But if you sent photocopies (as you were supposed to) of your police report, marriage certificate, etc to NVC then originals get shown at the interview.

The I-130 and USCIS are over. None of that petition stuff, nor a copy of it, nor your approval notice go to the interview.

Follow the list, but also bring your appointment letter so you can show it to get in the embassy.
