How long to processing for i130 petition of alien through green card

Hey guys, I wanna tell you something-: I'm a green card holder since 2 years, last time 8 month ago I was gone my country and I did marriage, I was back on 5 month ago on USA.... Now Dec 10 I applyed for my wife using the form i130, G325A,G1145. Dec 14 the lockbox send me mail, your application was accepted and we going to transfer California service center..... Now today , I gat a mail.. The Mail showing my priority date is December 14. And preference classification is 203A2A INA SPOUSE OF LPR. And they gives me alien number also, I just wanna talk you about, how long the process on my case and what does mean on 203 a2a ina spouse of lpr, plz kindly can you tell me about this......
