how long to get packet 4?

Merry Christmas to everyone in america and the rest of the Western world

We sent out packet 3 in on December 15 and I was thinking we would get our packet 3 pretty quick but haven't gotten it yet and now I'm starting to worry a little, our approval expires February 1 2016. From other timelines I see them getting a response back within a week, is there any reason for my concern, can anyone shed some light?

2014-05-12 I-130 sent to USCIS

2014-05-21 NOA-1 Received

2014-05-19 Priority Date

2015-03-24 Case transferred to California Service Center(via email)

2015-03-31 NOA-T received hard copy

2015-04-03 Case Approved

2015-04-07 NOA-2 received by mail

NVC STAGE

2015-04-20 Case received at NVC(conformed by phone call)

2015-04-28 Case number and IIN assigned (By Phone Call)

2015-05-13 Welcome Letter received via email.

2015-05-16 Welcome Letter hard copy received

2015-05-27 AOS fee paid by mail.

2015-06-02 DS-261 Completed.

2015-06-15 IV Fee paid by mail.

2015-07-04 Fees Shown paid and DS-260 available.

2015-07-05 DS-260 completed.

2015-07-10 AOS & IV Package sent.

2015-07-16 AOS & IV package scanned.

2015-07-30 Checklist received for Birth Certificate.

2015-08-01 Ckecklist submitted.

2015-08-31 Case Completed.

EMBASSY STAGE

2015-12-03 InterView(New Delhi).

2015-12-03 Received 221g(Missing PCC)(AP)

2015-12-21 Submitted PCC.

2015-12-28 CEAC Status Issued.

2015-12-30 Visa In Hand.

2016-01-08 Paid USCIS immigration fee.

2016-02-10 POE IAD.

It usually takes only 3-7 days for Packet 4 after you mail packet 3. I don't know if packet4 will come in actual mailing address or not. In my case I got my interview appointment and documents preparation through e-mail. And it took only 2 days not including weekend after the embassy received my packet 3. Well, there are some cases that didn't get e-mail from the embassy. All they do are wait for a week then call the embassy to ask about it. But you have to make sure first if your Packet 3 really get to the embassy. If you have tracking number then check with your postal service first. Then contact the embassy.

14 August 2015 : Mailed I-129F through USPS express service

02 September 2015 : Received NOA1 hard copy by mail.

05 October 2015 : Case number was assigned.

20 October 2015 : Packet 3 arrived in my hand.

03 November 2015 : Got Packet 4 e-mail from Bangkok embassy about the interview date.

18 November 2015 : Visa interview and it was approved!

20 November 2015 : Got documents and a passport with K1 Visa back in my hands

26 July 2016 : Got Biometric letter

07 Oct 2016 : AOS case was approved. Without interview!!

13 Oct 2016 : card was mailed to me

21 June 2019 : Received Biometric appointment
