Affidavit of biological father

Hi VJ Family,

My USC husband petitioned my stepson who turned 21 (CSPA qualified) November of 2015. His visa interview has been scheduled on January 19,2016. Pretty much all his documents were all set. There are few concerns I have mentioned above:

Does he need a Cenomar? ( certificate of no marriage) he is single and under child category.

Does he need an affidavit to travel from his biological father, though I plan to go home and pick him up on his flying to the US.

Kindly advise.

Answers will be highly appreciated.

Thank you.

I believe that since he is no longer underage, you won't need the affidavit to travel from the biological father.

Not sure about the CENOMAR. You might want to post it in the Philippines section to get an accurate answer.
