Photographs are considered secondary evidence, so hopefully you provided other evidence that showed you were in the same place at the same time. Did your fiancé physically sign the G325A and the letter of intent (copy of a signature won't do)? Do you converse in only English? Text in Russian would need translation. Are the passport stamps in English or Russian?

However, if you are confident that everything is fine, it may simply be a case of something went missing in your file and they need it from you again.

Not necessarily about the signatures. All the signatures from my fiance were scanned no wet signatures, and we were approved without issue.

I suspect it will be for the non translated conversations. But you won't know until the RFE arrives in the mail.

The translator must certify that the English language translation is complete and accurate, and that he or she is competent to translate from the foreign language to English.

I know this, and this was the reason I emailed embassy. Anyway, hope it wont take too long to arrive.

Luckily they are not asking too much. As I said earlier I briefly wrote how we actually met (physically) and did not say anything about meeting online. That's what I'm going to do now, I'll write about page or two about what they are asking.

And here are my follow up questions:

1) On top it says documents must be translated bla-blah.. Now regarding my comment #18, I said I didn't translate our conversations (explained why), and since RFE doesn't mention that specifically I just leave that as is and only respond to what they are asking for (Circumstances of Meeting), am I right?

2) You may have noticed on top I have A# and WAC#, same on the blue paper - that A# isn't mine, so my fiancee now has her A# also? I'm asking because I thought she'll get it after NVC receives out papers

3) Am I sending this to below address? It's on the blue paper -- Forget this. I did not notice this address was on attached envelope

They want to know how you met. Explain it all and if you add in how you met online, be sure to state what site and prove it is not an IMB. Provide more proof of meeting in person with passport stamps, boarding passes, receipts, etc.

The chat logs added in for proof of relationship don't need to be translated, as those are for the consulate later. No need to prove relationship for the I-129F petition. If any of your proof of meeting that you are adding in to satisfy the RFE is not in English, then you need a translation of that.

Yes, an A# gets assigned already. It will also be found on your NOA2 approval notice that will be needed later for filing AOS.
