Hello Everyone, I am writing my journey, hope some one could answer my question.

September 2010 Entered on Business Visa.

March 2011 Filed F-1

Got RFE in June Asking updated I-20 as the one Submitted has expired. (summer-2011)

Replied RFE in June 2011 with updated I-20 (Fall-2011)

Denied F-1 in September 2011,

Applied I-290B (Motion to re appeal).

Married to USC Feb-2012.

Got Approval for I-290B In February in other words F1 Approval.

But My college has Already started in January.

I thought of starting college from summer 2012.

Applied For I-130, I-131, I-765, I-485 at the same time As my attorney advised.

Got Bio after couple of months then got EAD in August 2012.

Scheduled For Interview On October 2012, Immi Officer not satisfied,

scheduled for second Interview on Dec 2012, This time they separated and video Taped,

Received NOID in April 2013.

Answered NOID in June 2013.

Got Denial In March 2014.

Moved to My USC Wife's Home town.

Got a good attorney Now.

Concurrent filed I-130 and I-485 in June 2014.

Got Bio and EAD as usual.

Got separated with USC wife in November 2014.

Got appointment schedule notice in November on Jan 2015.

Informed Lawyer.

Appeared in USCIS along with Lawyer.

Lawyer Explained situation to Immigration Officer.

Filed I-360 in January 2015 and got receipt.

Filed I-485 in June 2015 and got receipt.

Two RFEs before November and answered them before Deadline.

Expecting Interview for I-360.

Finally god has listened to me.

all of sudden Got Approval of I-360 on November 11

Need to know what is the time frame for my I-485 approval as it was filed in July 2015.

all of sudden Got Approval of I-360 on November 11

Now I requested my attorney to know about I-485 AOS

He went to immigration office and by third day I saw my AOS moved to NSC

after couple more days it shows Case moved to local office

Hopefully waiting for AOS interview as of JAN 22 2016

Need to know what is the time frame for my I-485 approval as it was filed in July 2015.
