Not really. A lot depends on what country you are from. Us Swedes seem to get the question, how did you meet...and that's about it.

But if you are from a country considered high fraud you could be getting a full interrogation

My wife never got any personal questions other than general how did we meet, how much time have we spent together (it wasnt much), and what did she plan to do after she arrived in the US. It was not combatitive, more like just general questions.

Bad info. How in the world is an overseas spouse supposed to answer that?

AOS, ROC interview yes. Consulate interview? I've never heard of those kinds of questions.

They won't ask what the spouse had for breakfast unless the spouse is there to verify it. They won't ask things about the usc's home since it's not a requirement for the foreign spouse to have visited.

The CO can ask anything about any subject and will be attending not only to the answers but to the body language of the interviewee.

Also since the I-130 was approved, there is a bit of time for the OP to prepare for any and all questions since the NVC stage is next.

Probably depends on how long you've been married and if you've lived with your spouse or not. For us they only asked how we met, where we got married and why that was it, but then again we've been married for over 5 years with kids and lived together all those time.

But if your married is recent then you'll be asked a lot more....the same goes for the folks with 2 year conditional green card

You can check out the review for your embassy to see what they tend to ask at that embassy. There's a link at the top of this page.

My interview was at the US embassy in Sweden and they asked how we met, when we met for the first time in person, how often I came to visit after our first face to face visit, what I liked about my husband, do I have contact with his family and do I get along with them, some specific questions to our very unique situation, and then some follow up questions to my answers. It's not like they have a list of questions that they follow like 1, 2, 3. I felt many of the questions were asked as a natural flow to my answers.
