Hello, to all the community.

I want to immigrate from Ukraine to US with my daughter. I have aunt who lives n US and as fare as I know she has USC. Who can advise me what kind of Visa I should apply for to come and stay in US.

I do not want to marry anyone.

I know it sounds preposterous. But I was merely answering your question as to the best way for you to immigrate with your daughter. The answer would be the same even if you were immigrating alone.

An aunt or uncle cannot petition for someone.

Immediate family members such as spouses, adult children, parents, and siblings can petition for relatives.

There isn't one you can apply for. If it was that easy, there would be 10x more people living here. DV lottery, work or potentially marriage are your options.

Do you want to study here? Get accepted to study at a US University to get a student visa.

P visa,if you can become a famous entertainer, rock star, and have lots of scheduled shows in the US.

O visa you have artistic type talents and other things like that (you'll have to look it up)

Anyway I would say the Student visa would be the easiest plus you can have your aunt support you financially. Then you can find some sort of work either with the school or somewhere else, while studying.

Work options on a F1 are extremely limited.

Still there are CO-OP opportunities from colleges and students are allowed to teach at the universities, so it is possible. People do hire students, especially in a university area.

It very much depends of course on the type of skills and talent the person has, like STEM related fields are the easiest to get something with because they have skills employers want.
