Should we be concerned? My daughter’s Permanent Resident Card was lost in the mail. Back in May/June of 2015, we filled the I-90. August 4, 2015 she had her biometrics interview, and as of today, some 20 weeks later, when we check the status on line it still reads: How long does it usually take to replace a lost Permanent Resident Card, after the interview? Is this normal for the case status to still read this way, months after the interview? Should we be concerned?

If you do not receive your appointment notice by August 16, 2015, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

What Service Centre is the I-90 pending at?

What Service Centre is the I-90 pending at?

Forgive me Hypnos but I’m unsure where to find this information. On the “receipt notice” The location of the National Benefits Center is in KS. On the “appointment notice," it list the service center as NBC. My daughter had her biometrics interview at USCIS's local “Application Support Center.” Does that help answer the question? If not can you tell me where to find this information?

Several different service centres process I-90s, including the NBC, hence the reason for my asking.

On 31st October the NBC was processing I-90s from 9th May and before (so it's taking around 6 months to process them). I would think you would hear something within the next month.
