Do I still need to bring my Baby book (vaccines and boosters list when i was a baby). Is it still important? I lost mine.. if yes, i think i will be going back to my pedia and hopefully my records are still there..

No..you'll be ok without it. They will give you the vaccinations you need (probably only 2) and document that on the vaccination form. But make sure SLEC completes the vaccination form completely, ESPECIALLY that they put a checkmark or "X" in one of the two small boxes that are located towards the bottom of the form. One of the boxes says that you have completed all necessary vaccinations, the other box says you have not. In our case, SLEC didn't put a checkmark or "X"  in EITHER box. The Immigration Officer didn't notice this problem at her interview with the US Embassy in Manila (her fiancee visa was approved, no problem). But when we went to her AOS interview in the US after we got married, the Immigration Officer saw that neither box was checked and told us "this happens all the time" at SLEC. As a result, my wife's AOS was delayed, and we had to pay another $280 to get another examination by a USCIS-approved physician in the US, more vaccinations, etc. So...lesson learned..before you leave SLEC, make sure one of those two boxes are checked...and hopefully it's the one that says "all vaccinations requirements completed." Good Luck to you!!

Another thought..if you CAN get a copy of your vaccination records from the pedia and take them with you, it would probably be a good idea. You may be able to avoid having to get any vaccinations at SLEC if you've had everything already, and it would also help make sure that SLEC checks the box that says "all vaccinations completed"...which will help you avoid any vaccination issues at the time of AOS if you are one of the "lucky" ones (not!) that gets selected for an AOS interview.

If you had gotten your DS-3025 transcribed by a CS (about $70 saving you $210.00) that wold have been sufficient also. That would have satisfied the "all necessary vaccinations complete" question.
