Hi..I filled for spouse visa as permanent resident for my husband back in april, 2014.

In June 2015, I paid the AOS fee which is $120 and was sucessfull. After that, I paid the IV processing fee of $325 back in august 2015 and that was rejected by nvc.

Later in september 2015, I paid that fee again and the amount was deducted from my bank account, but when I checked with nvc, they told me that they haven't received any payment. They told me to drop an email to asknvc@state.gov with all the details and bank statements. I did that and received an email from nvc that they will review this matter and will fix it in 45 days. Now, its over 45 days, And I called NVC again and they again told me that they haven't been able to track that transaction and they have not received any payment. I checked with my bank also, and they tracked the transaction that they money went into NVC's bank account. I am so confunsed that Should I make the payment again or .....because that money is already gone from my account and the worst case is that my case is stuck because of this issue from last 6 months..

Please help me with this issue...

Thanks a lot!!!

The same issue happened to us, we got in touch with our local congressman ancient suddenly they found the missing paymenthe after 5 weeks

They gave us the option to relay but when we tried they canceled the option and said they were cancelling our case due to not responding to them. I'd find your local congressman and email him. I mailed him physically and by email.

I did not send any documents. I simply moved your post to the correct forum, as you appear to be a permanent resident trying to bring your spouse to the US.
