k3 Immigration visa stay valid for how long?

My wife got approved for I129 and I130 and now I would like to know the folowing:

Scenario 1:

-Once she gets her k3 visa, how much time does she have before coming to the us? or how much is her k3 visa will be valid for?

Scenario 2:

-Once she gets her Immigration visa, how much time does she have before coming to the us? or how much is her k3 visa will be valid for?

Either visa would be stamped to expire 6 months from the date that she has her medical.

* I-130/CR-1 visa by Direct Consular Filing in London
3rd May 2013 - Married in London
7th May 2013 - I-130 filed
4th June 2013 - NOA2 (approved)
16th July 2013 - Interview (approved)
30th July 2013 - POE San Francisco
29th August 2013 - 2 year green card arrived

* Removal of Conditions (RoC) via California Service Centre
1st May 2015 - 90 day RoC window opened
6th May 2015 - I-751 filed (delivered 8th May, cheque cashed 18th May)
7th August 2015 - Approved / GC production
27th August 2015 - 10 year green card arrived

* Naturalisation (Citizenship) via Phoenix Lockbox

* San Francisco Field Office:
1st May 2016 - N-400 window opened
20th August 2016 - N-400 filed
26th August 2016 - NOA1
13th September 2016 - Biometrics

12th January 2017 - Biometrics (again)
30th May 2017 - Interview (approved)
7th June 2017 - Oath

Also it is VERY likely she would be issued a CR1 visa. Almost always the NVC will close out the K3 petition and continue processing the CR1.

Not quite, if the OP were to be one of the rare instances where a K3 were to actually be issued, it would be valid for 2 years.

OP, as Kastrs already alluded to, current procedures have rendered the K3 virtually unobtainable making the actual issuance of one a rare occurrence that happens on occasions that are very few and very far between.
