Are you already here and married ? You have not updated your timeline .

As far as assets, if the income is high enough, assets do not need to be listed.

If income is too low, assets need to be listed. For their joint assets, File an additional page with the proof attached.

I just looked at your timeline again and it looks like what you are needing to do is the K-1 packet for the interview for the K-1 approval. Have you done the I-134 for that interview ??

You won't file the AOS until after you have your certified certificate of marriage. They are going to want copies of current bank statements and pay stubs as of the date of filing. They will also want to see your social security card. You can file for that as soon as you arrive in the U.S. and download your I-94. As soon as you have your certified marriage certificate , go back to the social security office with your original card and marriage certificate to get your new card with married name (assuming you will take spouse's name )

While you may be able to compile some documents now, it would be better to not gather too many items until just before you file.

Based on timelines, you may have enough time to wait until they file their 2015 income taxes.

Best Wishes !!

Okay so that people aren't confused I'm going to move your topic to the AOS forum. Any new posts you have about your adjustment of status in the future can be asked in there.

~~moved to AOS from family based from K1 process and procedures. OP is planning ahead~~
