I talked with someone about how its impossible to find a joint sponsor and how no one want to help us

he told me to ask help from state senators,

how can the senators help us with this topic?

There is no waiver of the sponsorship. A Senator can't help unless they personally want to be a joint sponsor.

I can think of no reason a Senator can not be a joint sponsor so yes they could help.

State senators cannot help you unless they themselves decide to be a joint sponsor for your case. If they decide that they don't want to be a joint sponsor for your case, you have to find another joint sponsor or be able to meet the income requirements. The joint sponsor can be anyone that is willing to sign the I-864 form and willing to be a joint sponsor.

To clarify some terminology:

A U.S. Senator can get involved with a constituent's immigration matters.

A "state senator" typically serves in the state capital and deals with state or local matters.

while a US senator might 'get involved', they exert zero authority over immigration issues. Having legislated the support requirements into law, senators cannot then turn around and 'order' a CO to ignore those laws. In fact, a senator cannot order a CO to even answer the phone. The ONLY thing that COs are required to do (by law) is ANSWER a letter sent to a consulate by a senator or congressman ... note: all that is required is to produce a reply within three days. COs are NOT under any obligation to do anything that was asked of them (and once in a while, one of these clowns forgets about the structure of our government and turns a request into what sounds like an order, which again, it is not) - merely reply, often with a boilerplate letter of their own.
