Question about passport/visa packet delivery

Will the 2go service deliver to the mailing address without the beneficiary being physically there? My fiancée had her interview on 12/18 and will likely be in her hometown by the time delivery happens.

Yes but make sure the one who will receive will have an authorization letter and photocopy of your fiance's ID. I had an officemate of mine receive my visa since I wasn't at the office during the delivery.

Not without authorization from your fiancee (letter) and a copy of her picture ID.

It's her work address. Authorization letter will not be a problem though what would be an acceptable form of id? Her passport was given to the embassy.

Copy of SSS ID, work ID, Postal ID (first two are the better ones)

Became availabe early this year? DFA approved so is a valid govt id for passport, banks, etc.

That is good to know. Thanks. Postal ID wasn't well accepted before.
