APPROVAL EAD-SSN IS THIS?

Hello all you!! I got a letter with my Employment Authorization Card today, but What am i supposed to take to the Social Security Office? this letter? or there is another letter that i am going to receive?

If you don't have an SSN take your birth certificate and EAD card. If you already have an SSN, you just need the EAD card.

Also need a completed and signed Form SS-5:

Your status will still need to ne verified before the application can be cleared, so that may possible hold you up from getting an SSN and card.
