Ok, So I called them again today inquiring about one of my applications that still says it can't be found. They first began with give it 60 days to show online. I stopped her there and said ok it's been 104 days, then she goes on to her next script and I said that's unacceptable. You guys took my money so how about a real answer. She then transferred me to someone else who went on to tell me she can see it and it's a computer glitch why i can't see it but if I enter it on the phone it will come up. i had to stop her as well and advise it doesn't since I tried prior to speaking whit her. She left that alone and then I waited on hold for about 15 minutes and she comes back to tell me that NSC is within processing time because they are currently processing June 24 applications. i asked why does their site say June 2 and if it was normal processing time it would have months listed not a date. She then went on to say application can take 6-9 months to process so I should call back after March 2016??? Ok, enough of my rant, now the question. Has anyone else had these issues of no answer and do you know a realistic timeline? It's difficult being newlyweds and have to be apart. I love how they cash to checks promptly but do everything else so slow. When would this office transfer the paperwork since they are moving so slow?

I-130 Rec. August 19, 2015

I-129F rec. September 8, 2015 (can't even find receipt number online or on automated system)

Not happy!!!

 :ranting:

Well there is nothing you can do. you sent your application 4 months ago and they have up to one year to work on it.

Things like you took my money just dont work here, you are asking them to adjust your status, you need them, they do not need you. i know this is frustrating and waiting is pain in the a$$ but there is absolutely nothing you can do but sit tight and wait.

Yes,but they do need at answer the questions asked not just sound like robots on the hone. Because they also need us since it's our funds keeping them employed. Just reading a script saying wait at least 60 days to see your case and it's well beyond is not a good answer. I'm just trying to get a sense of their true processing times since I have such a variance.

It's not so much the waiting, its the not knowing if one of the applications is even in their possession. First I hear, "You must have the wrong receipt number", then "Wait 60 days for it to show up on the online/phone search",then "Are you sure you received the receipt number from us?" I've heard a different answer from each robot. I then ask what's the processing time frame between the NOA1 and NOA2 and I've gotten various answers for that as well. I've 3-5 months, 3-9 months. Yes, not getting a straight answer is frustrating. At this rate we will be waiting years before we even reach the interview step since after these snails do their part it must be sent some place else and then finally to Jamaica (I think, not sure they advised correctly on that either). It becomes costly to visit frequently and I'm tired of border folks asking me why he doesn't visit me and why I am going so much. Now especially with a newborn now travelling so much is just not feasible. I ust need an idea of the process and estimated times so you can prepare yourself.
