Hello Everyone!

My father has agreed to be a joint sponsor for my beneficiary fiance for the I-134, as I make just short of the requirements.

He makes enough to cover us as it is without my mother's income as well, so I was not planning on having her fill one out.

However, they file taxes jointly, and some of the assets (bonds, IRA's, etc) he has include her name on them.

Does she need to fill out the I-134 and provide info as well?

Does he have pay stubs and an employer letter to show what his Income is and that it alone is enough? With that he doesn't even have to list assets. Leave that all blank. A tax return is not even required with an I-134 for London. He can do the only I-134 if he has the proof of his separate income.

I don't know how short you are of the requirements, but London has on occasion accepted just 100% of the poverty guidelines. See this K1 page, tenth question down ..."Do the same income requirements apply to the I-134...."

Hello Everyone!

Great

He makes enough to cover us as it is without my mother's income as well, so I was not planning on having her fill one out.

You can only have one cosponsor anyways.

However, they file taxes jointly, and some of the assets (bonds, IRA's, etc) he has include her name on them.

That's OK. If your father's income is sufficient, then there is not need to list other stuff.

Does she need to fill out the I-134 and provide info as well?

No, you can only have one cosponsor.
