Nigerian PCC and BC submit to NVC: questions??

For those that went through NVC and submitted the Nigerian PCC (police report) and BC (birth certificate )

You know back and front of the fingerprints page they have my passport size pic. Did you just photocopy with the pic there, remove the pic or what did you do? Made the copy of the Red page saying no record, blah blah.

Does fingerprinting need to be submitted to NVC or that part brought to interview?

Also the NPC Birth Certificate did you just submit the one page stating birth or do I also submit the official Attestament of age that I had to fill out to get the BC?

And Bio-page is just that one page correct?

Just want to be a perfect for NVC.

JAN 08 2016: DS-260 Submitted
FEB 09 2016: Case Complete (36 days from Scan date) Saw the 3 NA’s
FEB 24 2016: Received Interview date by phone

FEB 26 2016: Received P4 Letter via mail

MAR 23 2016: Petition sent to Embassy. Status is "IN TRANSIT"

MAR 29 2016: Petition arrives at embassy and signed for

MAR 29 2016: Status changes to "READY" with Case Status update: 29 MAR-2016

APR 26 2016: Case Status updated. First touch since arriving at embassy.
APR 28 2016: Interview day - In Additional Administrative Processing

APR 29 2016: Case Status updated

MAY 3 2016: Email from Embassy to drop off Passport. We are APPROVED. Thank God!!

MAY 4 2016: Dropped off Passport

MAY 13 2016: Case Status updated to ISSUED

MAY 20 2016: Picked up Visa package and Passport. Praise God!!

JUNE 28 2016: POE HOUSTON here I come!!

In regards to PCC, I sent the photocopy of all pages with the photo attached! So i had the top page showing no record and my husband's info and photo, 2nd page with fingerprints, and 3rd page the stamp from Nigerian Police certifying no trace of criminal record. For the Birth certificate I sent both Certified copy of BC and a copy of Attestation of Birth records. I had no issues at NVC!

This is good advice. I know because when I went for my interview at the Lagos consulate, I was asked to produce the original of all the pages of the police clearance certificate -- the (pink) certificate itself, the page with my info and photo, and the one with the fingerprints.
