I haven't received any yet. I called the NVC just now and they said, they already sent the email last January 29th. I told them I didn't receive anything yet so I requested for another email. They did but they said, I will receive it after 1-2 days because of their system.

it usually takes up to 7 days from the day email is scheduled as there is queue for emails also.

Hubby just called NVC,said that will send to Lawyer not to petitioner and beneficiary.

Hi guys.I have a quick question. In the P4 or interview Letter, they ask us a new Tax return information. So i have to file my 2015 tax asap. Which status do i have to choose. Single or married. I'm confused guys. Any help.

its better you take extension to file your tax return. because if want to file married than you have to apply for ITIN. You can take your W-2 along with the last pay stubs at the time of interview.
