Hello everyone!

I applied for N-400 on Febuary 2015, and my case was processing for quiet some time. As of September 2015 still no interview date, that's when I also applied for I-90, because my green card was expiring January 2016, and I wasn't sure how long my N-400 case was still going to take.

Now my N-400 case online updated to Oath Ceremony notice was sent. And as far as I-90 goes, there is still no movement on that. So most likely I am not going to receive my new card by the time I am scheduled to take an Oath.

However, I understand that I would have to surrender my current green card(which I have with me) at the Ceremony. So what about my pending I-90 if by the time I go take an Oath, is still pending? Theoretically they are going to send me another renewed card, after I take an Oath to become a citizen. How do you solve that dilemma?

just go to office give them the new one too IF you get it

Agree... this, or withdraw the application in writing or through an infopass. I don't think you should do anything until you get your naturalization certificate, though.
