Another thing you might want to think is, if your wife is sure that they are yours(means she didn't do it with any one else at any time during your relationship) is get a maternal dna test aside from getting the paternal DNA test repeated. Though, I have only seen this in the movies and didn't know anyone personally who has this situation, but if I am the wife and I know I only did it with my husband, the kids might have got exchanged. It will just be very odd though if this happens to more than one kid.

On thing, I don't believe the OP ever stated that he even filed the I-130, all he asked was can he get a visa for his wife. We don't even know if he presented their case at all to USCIS, everybody is just assuming he did.

They wouldn't ask for DNA from the children unless they were involved in an immigration case.

it is taking forever that Embassy is telling nothing about this case. we don't know why?

How long since the negative results were sent to the embassy?

Remember this is the US holiday season, so things do tend to slow down.

And people had just gotten back from Thanksgiving. Since then it's been Hanukkah, Christmas and now it's New Years. Be patient.
