Hello again!

My hubby, naturalized USC, is wanting to adjust his mom's status while she is here on a visitor's visa. We are wondering when and if she can leave the country and if so, for how long, during the process.

Thank you!

hi

until she has the advance parole she shouldn't leave, and only for a short time

it is better for her not to leave but if she has an emergency or has the obligation to leave, she should wait until she has advance parole
