You need to bring ALL statements from every month since either the opening of the account, marriage, or POE. It depends on the type of visa you came on. 3 statements is not good enough. You should have at least done quarterly, but as you're going to an interview, I suggest all the statements. The entire statement too, not just the front page.

You are missing joint tax returns. You can also get wills and medical powers of attorney. You also should submit evidence of either a lease, mortgage etc that shows you both on it. Same with joint registration or ownership of any vehicles, homes, etc.

Hello NLR

I just received a letter from USCIS yesterday about the expiration of my green card by April 10,2016. I came here through CR1.

Today we started gathering documents. We went first to AT&T asking if its possible both our names will be on the coming bills. They said it should only be under the principal user. My telephone number is just showing at the bottom of the page but my name is not shown there. Would that be alright?

We went to SAMs Club next to have his picture taken. I was the Principal applicant. Are copy of our cards enough to send as one of evidences?

He put me on his bank account as an additional user when i came in last year. I was given my own ATM card. I got a job after four months and i used our account for direct deposit of my pay check. Do we have to print all those transactions from the start?

I applied a car loan and my husband is my co-maker since my credit score was zero that time (:

He paid for the car insurance and have both our names on it.

We purchased my first car before and we have both names on the registration.

We filed joint income tax return since 2012. So is it okey just to send year 2013 and 2014? what is the best form to send? Its just my husband preparing our income tax return..

I am his Life insurance beneficiary at work.

I am under his medical insurance.

Are pictures still necessary?

Are letters or affidavits necessary too?

I have a conditional drivers license which is valid until April 10,2016. Is the one year extension letter for my GC enough to have my Drivers license extended?

Hope you can help me out. we are here again in this stressfull process. Hope it goes well. Thank you for your help in advance.

Yep you need the letters affirming your relationship. No one ever really knows what f they have enough evidence, but you certainly have all the right stuff so far. Any utility bills that you are joint on? Send copies of those. Some say send in all copies of bank statements. Personally, we sent in a mix from the last two years, but we have not completed the ROC yet, so I would recommend you err on the side of include more not less. Send your 1040 tax returns for both years.

We sent in recent picture

Drivers license, no idea on that, it is an individual state thing.
