Hi everyone, I wonder if someone had the same experience before..

The thing is I didn't realize the A number is actually the one shown on I-797 until I've filed for AOS five days ago.. so I didn't fill in my A number for those forms in my AOS package, however I did provide copies of my I-797 within AOS.

Does anyone know if this will jeopardize my application?

Im so upset right now.. thought I got everything right... and now this...

Filed: K-1 Visa Country: Guatemala

I wouldn't stress too much about that. You sent the 797, so they have access to the A number. You were supposed to write that on the back of the passport photos. If anything, you will get an RFE and correct the errors. It is no way a reason for a denial.

Thank you for replying me, I feel better now.. Yes, I did provide the copies of I-797, even in the EAD & AP application files.

And on the back of passport photos, since I didn't know I do have A number at the time.. I wrote down the number on my I-94 instead..

But like you say, I might get an RFE and the chance to correct the errors. Hope everything will be alright!!

Such a long journey since K1 visa begun and yet sill have a long way to go on.. fingers crossed for everyone!
