Entered US on IR1

Paid the ELIS IV fee on October 03 2015.

It's been more than 60 days since my entry to US but no physical GC,

Called USCiS for an update but they need something called IOE no. Which I don't have and have given me a email address to contact them via email - which I did few days ago and no response -

Can some please GUIDE what should I do ?

How long it can take for a physical GC

How do I track the GC production online .

What is an IOE - how do I get that.

And is there a possibility to apply for a travel document AP (advance parole) in case of leaving usa,

And how long this AP takes to come or issued

The stamp in your passport acts as a temporary green card for one year once you enter the US. The actual card can take several months to arrive so there is no need to panic.

You entered on an IR-1 so you do not need AP. You are free to leave and re-enter the US.

The stamp in your passport acts as a temporary green card for one year once you enter the US.

The stamp by itself is nothing more than a CBP entry stamp and by itself confers nothing. It's a combination of the visa itself endorsed by a CBP entry stamp that acts as a temporary green card.

On the ELIS IV receipt is an IOE number.

Providing for the ELIS payment receipt by email leaves an impression that all details would be in the pay.gov email. Unfortunately, the email leaves out the IOE number. Closing the browser without printing the ELIS payment page or noting down the IOE number,, oh my!
