Hi,

I am US Citizen and I want my sister who lives in Morocco to come and live her . Do you know if I have to send pictures of me or my sister with the I-130 application if I am filing for my sister to come to the US ?

Some people shows that did and others did not I really don't know what to do.

hi

no, pictures are only needed for spousal visa,

you need copies of birth certificates to prove that you are siblings, if they aren't in English, then you need a translation into English of said documents

Can I typing the I-130 form or do I have to wright on it with a pen ?

Do you know a place where can I get my sister and my birth certificate translated please ?

One more question please . The form I have now for the I-130 it expiring in 12/31/15 do you think I have enough time to get it filed in the next couple days before 12/31/15 giving the time with Christmas and the holidays ?

You think will be good idea anyway to file in 2015 and not wait until 2016 ?
