Hooray finally, after 5 months and 1 checklist for a paper we already submitted, I called NVC and they said our case is complete on Dec 14th (Scan date Oct 29th)

My petitioner's AOS fee status changed from Paid to N/A this morning but I haven't got their cc email yet.

Anyone know how long after cc that they send us email? And what's coming after this?

Have you received CC email? Any change in your status / details on ceac website after or just before completion of case?

Not yet, I wonder why it takes so long. I have 3 N/As on ceac, I don't know it was after or before I called NVC that my AOS fee changed to N/A but it's definitely not before the day they told me it's completed (which is Dec 14th) since I checked and saw nothing before that.

If your petition was sent to the USCIS on December 16th, NVC won't receive it until about 5 months later.

No, not to the uscis. But uscis sent my petition to dept of state for visa processing. I'm sorry if you got confused of what I've said. I'm hoping to hear from them soon.

Oh okay. I think you'll get a reply within a month or 2. But this is the holidays season, so it may take a bit longer. Keep calling to ask.

The wait time for the cc email varies. My cc email just said that my cases were completed and wait for an interview letter with details. That's all. Then later on, I called and learned about my interview date and then received the interview letter thereafter.

I'm a different category but just to note; I don't think you can necessarily rely on the ceac page.

I received my case complete email on 18 December, but nothing has updated on my ceac page. My petitioner shows "n/a" for the Aos fee and docs but I (beneficiary) only have n/a against my civil docs. I believe that when this page updates there should be n/a against the beneficiary IV fee and IV application should be n/a too? Regardless, I've received the email below and am now just waiting for my PD to be current and interview.

Email:

Dear Sir/Madam,

All documentation necessary to complete the National Visa Center's processing of your case has been received. As soon as an interview date has been scheduled, the applicant, petitioner and attorney (if applicable) will be notified.

The applicant should NOT make any travel arrangements, sell property, or give up employment until the US Embassy or Consulate General has issued a visa.

The US Embassy or Consulate General may require additional documentation at the time of the interview.

Sincerely,

Director

National Visa Center

If you have your case completed in December, your interview probably won't be until January or February. If your embassy is in Vietnam, I'd say you won't get an interview until like late January or during February.

Do you know how long does it usually take to arrange an interview here from the cc day?
