Income requirements for K1

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could help me with this. My fiancé who is the US citizen only started working as a massage therapist last august, he was in school for a whole year before that and did not work during his studies. Ive been reading a lot of different informations for the income requirements, do we have to wait until august 2016 to see if he meets those requirements?? Because we both want to start the process but we want to meet all the requirements needed.

I have actually and ive been calculating his average salary based on how he could win a year, without counting clients outside his main job, and he does earn the minimum. The question is, can we start the process or do we have to wait until august so it will be a year since he started his job. I thought maybe there were some exceptions.

If his annualized salary/wages meet the requirement then it ought to be ok.

OP, "Annualized" veut dire le montant dont il va gagné dans une année, extrapolé des gains de quelques mois.
