One Year to USCIS response

What should I do if it has been nearly a year for USCIS to have a response for my K-1 Visa petition? I have not received any requests for additional documentation and only my NOA1 has been processed. Also, I have already submitted a service request three months ago and there has been no change to the status of my petition. Calling USCIS has not been any help. Thoughts or ideas? ~ thanks so much

Contact one of your congressional representatives as well as the DHS Ombudsman. One or both of these should be able to get you some answers.

Hello,

Let me know what you find out, I'm in the same situation current NOA1 and nothing else and not been able to find one of the receipt numbers when I contact them. I'd love to know/understand why so long. I just want to have so I can let my grandma know since she getting up there in age and wants to see me in my wedding dries (reaffirming vows once DH is here).
