OP: You need to contact the interviewing embassy/consulate newish, if you haven't done so already.

I have a question, NOA2 CAN HAVE A EXPIRATION ?

Yes it does but you shouldnt worry because at the interview they will extend that !! My fiance has same problem and we are waiting for our interview also !! You need to send DS 2001 before interview but you have to make sure that you have all the papers ready for interview!! Here is the list of documents you need for interview

  1. Passport
  2. 1 photograph
  3. Copy of the CONFIRMATION of your Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application (DS-160) http://travel.state.gov/content/visas/english/forms/ds-160--online-nonimmigrant-visa-application.html -- for each visa applicant
  4. Birth certificate (Copie intégrale de l’acte de naissance)
  5. Divorce decree(s) (if applicable)
  6. Letter of parental consent and photo identification
  7. Death certificate(s) for any deceased spouses
  8. Police record for your country of residence and all countries lived in for one or more years
  9. An original letter of intent and ability to marry form your U.S. citizen fiancé(e)
  10. Military record(s) (if applicable)
  11. Letter of parental consent (if applicable)
  12. Medical exam report (sealed and unopened)
