Hello everyone!

I have a questions (might be stupid but honestly I am confused). I got married to my fiancee and I am filling out documents for Green Card and I can not figure out if I have to fill something out for my daughter who is 7 years old? And do I have to fill out I-765? I mean do I need this while my case is being processed or will I need it even if I will have a green card? (I think I might've confused someone with this question, I am sorry)

yes, if daughter arrived on K-2 visa, you need a complete set of Adjustment of Status Paperwork for her.

The I-765/EAD is useful - you can work before the green card arrives.

Yes, she did arrive on K-2 visa.

EAD will let you obtain a Driver License and, as it posted above, you can work while your I-485 is pending. Wait time is unpredictable. It can take a few months to get you AOS approved, or it can also take about a year (+/-).
My "two" cents - fill out and for I-131 (advanced parole).

You need to fill out the I-765 for your daughter as well, along with her I-485. There is a difference in obtaining SSN for K1 and K2. K1 is eligible for SSN as soon as K1's I-94 is available online, K2 - only after EAD "in hands".
