Got our interview date today too! Sept. 1st! But my husband won't be coming until Nov after his sister's wedding.

The packet4 that we received isn't asking for too many documents. Does anyone know if I need to send my IRS transcripts again or can I just set copies of the tax return forms?

get real tax transcripts

you can get that in a week in the US

also take 1040 and w2 for the year 2015

it was asked at our interview

Thank you, putting all of this together right now. Should I send my I864 too? I'm sending my parent's because they are the joint sponsors and the case complete letter had told me to bring their's to the interview due to a minor mistake. I'm sending mine and their's IRS transcripts for last 3 years as well. But should I also send my I 864? My income is literally 0 as will be shown on the IRS transcripts.

I got email from NVC today

Dear Sir/Madam:

The National Visa Center (NVC) received your inquiry regarding the immigrant visa petition: BMB... filed by name.... on behalf of name....

We are experiencing a high volume of incoming mail at this time. Please allow up to 6 weeks from the date we received your mail for the NVC to review your documents. We are diligently working to reduce our review time and appreciate your patience. The NVC will notify you after our review if there is additional information required or if we are able to schedule your case for an interview.

Wow it sounds like there's a lot of awesome things going on for everyone! That's fantastic to hear! I'm so glad that so many people are moving forward and getting closer and closer to putting all of this immigration hassle behind them. Best of luck to everyone!

And a special good luck to AH88 and their husband in the upcoming interview. I really hope all goes well!
