Hey congrats Blanche! I'm really really happy for you, I know how badly you wanted to see some progress.

I woke up and saw your message and that definitely started my day off on a positive note. Then I learned about what our RFE was about, and got the document that I needed for that. My lawyer mailed it off to USCIS already, and sent me a list of documents to get together for the NVC stage. I already have most of them together, and really just need to wait for my wife's police records which we'll need to mail out for.

So I guess long story short, although there really isn't, it feels like there's a lot of fun progress on my case too. I hope things continue to go smoothly for everyone!

Thanks Reggie182 - I appreciate it! It feels so odd to finally have it complete. I've been waiting since around May to hear from them about progress but it's always been the same answer. I'm guessing the interview will be in about 6-8 weeks based on other Israeli's I've watched. Thanks again.

the fees that you payed at the nvc is the AOS and IV fee

there is no fee that you need to pay at the interview . bring the receipt of the above two at the interview

also after the interview you need to pay $165 for green card processing

its advised to pay that before you travel to the US so that the green card processing can start

Sweeet! we aren't planning to relocate until September so you guys will be the first of the December filers to make it to the end

Keep us updated on how long it takes for her green card to come through (i've heard 1/2 months) and how you are getting on in general
