Wow you know sitting back with your feet up and just taking in the sun just has its advantages! For instance I haven't touched the phone to NVC except for once, when Daylight made me do it, Now I was just sittin back and got interrupted by NVC email with my case number and IIN number! Tis a tough life, tis is.

Thank you for your email concerning the immigrant visa petition file by (NAME) on behalf of (NAME)

with assigned case Number (#)

Per your correspondence, the National Visa Center (NVC) received (Name)'s expedite request for this immigrant

visa petition. The request was forwarded to the U.S Consulate General in HCM City, Vietnam. When a response is

received, your office will be notified withe further instructions.

Please let know if I may be of further assistance to your office or your constituents

Hi everyone! I just got my email from NVC saying they received our documents and will take up to 30 days to review our case. Hopefully my husband will have his interview at the consulate in Jerusalem in about 3 months I'm guessing? Thanks for sharing in my excitement!

just got a call from the NVC and they have rearranged a number of interviews in June so now I will be having my interview on June 9th!

MY medical is on May 25th

So very true isn't it Daylight! When your waiting and wanting for something, it seems like its never going to happen! Don't even think about it, and it just comes banging on your door!

Yeah doesn't everybody want a tough life like mine! Well I guess the key is, one just has to learn to take life all in stride.

Focus on your business. The other stuff will come banging on your door soon enough, handing you a bunch of extra work to do!

just received other emails from the senator .. i have to completed the NVC step first before they can expedite.. cuz, the embassy won't accept it. cuz, all the step didn't complete yet!! hopefully going finish all the documents and mails them in in a wk or two..I'm still waiting for the ds260 available in couple days... finish pay all the fee and stuff!!

Well hopefully they can get the interview date for you sooner than normal, once NVC stuff is finished.

Hi Fatigo yes its disappointing that they can't do it faster. Isn't 3 months pretty standard for most big embassies. NVC schedules the interview, right? I imagine Ankara has a tougher AP period which might make their workload greater. I hope you get yours soon.
