This is amazing news. Congrats! Your case proved some people on this board wrong!

Like I said, I really hope that I am wrong. After the lightning did not strike on looky twice I would read all the cases with "case received" to be "approved" though looky seems not to agree with that

I got my fingers crossed and praying for a July interview lol. I'm going to see him for anniversary in July and that would be a GREAT present to us both. I know it's a long stretch but I'm keeping hope alive our way .

I was just being a little silly, as in some Case Received can be really case received if they just got their NOA1. There are people that get RFE's and some people that have no right for getting approved, as in their marriage was phony and just a way for one of them to enter the US.

But I guess for the later you might as well put them in the approved category to get them ought of the way.

Yeah, I was about to say, we still haven't been approved yet. This has been the longest and most miserable honeymoon ever... Good luck to SophJosh and Daylight, I hope we all get approved in the next couple days! (Today or tomorrow?)

Dn&Dw,....Yes I was looking at your thread yesterday and I called USCIS. A rep by the name of Jamie told me that very statement was to true. She says that it doesn't matter have the I-29f is submit. It doesn't check the date on your I -130. So in her saying that her statement became very true to me in when I got my approval notifications.

Yes Reggie182 I very much was worried like crazy. But I hope you and the rest of everyone else gets approved soon so we all can go through the NVC stage together like we did this last process.

This is what I did too when those VJ members told me that...it was horrible. It is good to know that they were wrong.
