Hey Daylight, thanks for encouraging me to call! I was thiking about it before but I was debating whether to do it today or tomorrow. So yes I just called and the lady said they just received the case on the April 29th, last Friday!

So you were right lightning didn't strike twice! :rofl: Also I had called the USCIS robot last weekend and it only told me Case Was Received December 17th!

Oh, your case is encouraging a lot of us, now I will read all the cases with "case received" to be approved :)

Good to hear about that lightning as well. Move on to the NVC and continue to share with us how you do.

Yes its hard RSDP, but remember you have to stay strong for him, cause probably he has troubles to. You will find a way just keep going and you're reward for all of this will be waiting!

Yes I will, still have to wait for the case and IIN number before the NVC online forms and fees. But anyway can gather all my wifes info and all.

Thats a good idea to convert the Case Receiveds, but you know be smart about it, cause some of them may not deserve it! :D

Thanks a lot Nadhir no not yet, they just got it into the system. I'm not in a real hurry now, we want to do the interview after 2 year anniversary , 3 months, so we get the IR-1 visa.

DS-261 - 05/14/16

AOS, IV PAID - 05/27/16
