Timeline in brief:

Married: September 27, 2014

I-130 filed: February 5, 2016

NOA1: February 8, 2016 Nebraska

NOA2: July 21, 2016

Interview: December 6, 2016 London

POE: December 19, 2016 Las Vegas

N-400 filed: September 30, 2019

Interview: March 22, 2021 Seattle

Oath: March 22, 2021 COVID-style same-day oath

Where is your husband being deployed to?

He doesn't know the location yet. But they rotate deployments every 6 months in his squadron. July to January and January to July. His colleague is due to deploy to Iraq the first week of July. We don't know whether swaping with her would be a good move or not. Edited by Bn&Dw

got an email from the NVC after i asked them about my case received on the 18th
they confirmed in the email that yes they have received the case , NVC will send processing instructions within 4 to 5 weeks.

USCIS:

FedEx overnight I-130: December 17, 2015
NOA1 hard copy received: January 1, 2016

NOA2 hard copy received: April 24, 2016

I am so frustrated with USCIS right now I don't know what to do ???. I don't what to sound like a sour patch but I'm overly ready for this approval to come and it hasn't came yet!!! Lol, but to everyone who has already gotten approved "CONGRATS" to y'all. An I'm sorry there is so make lagging going on for y'all at NVC. Hopefully process will get better on their end. ~Good Day~

HI ALL my case has approved yesterday from Nebraska December fillers so all ready i filled 130 Approved and I-129F NOT approved yet for K3 but my I 130 approved so what is next

1. am i waiting to approve I-129F for K3 or if already 130 is approved ,i will continue for CR1 visa please any help .

Once your I -130 was approved it canceled out the I-129f. Now you have to wait for your case to get sent to the NVC. they say it takes Anywhere from 21 to 30 days for them to receive your case and assign you a case number.

But congratulations on your approval.

When will this approval come..... ughhhhhhhhhhhhh

Well hopefully some better news is coming. Maybe Texas is starting to speed up. VJ says its proccessing December 3 NOA1s, thats now only 2 weeks behind Nebraska!

I'm in Nebraska not Texas.

Ok well Nebraska is processing December 19th NOA1s so if everything goes well next week may be yours, and a lot of other Nebraska filers! :)

I noticed today my AOS status chaned to "N/A" and then I called NVC to confirm and they said yes my case is now completed at the NVC and I will soon get a letter from them confirming this and then notified when my Embassy appointment will take place. A nice surprize for a Friday afternoon! It took them about 30 days to process my case once they received my AOS and my civil documents.
