Well this is weird and very good news! I received our NOA2 in the mail! :D Case Status has always only said Case Received. The NOA2 notice date is April 18th.

Wow what a surprise for being a Texas filer got it a month earlier than expected.

Wow! Congrats Looky! I'm really happy for you. And you got the lucky jackpot #777 post in this thread! :D Good for you, you're definitely the most active one here, so I kinda feel like you deserve it for getting this thread together and keeping it active. Thanks and congrats again!

Yes its hard RSDP, but remember you have to stay strong for him, cause probably he has troubles to. You will find a way just keep going and you're reward for all of this will be waiting!

Thank you very much JFH, one big hurdle down. Didn't expect it but now have to switch gears and start getting all that NVC data and stuff together! Lots of work, but its a good kinda work! :)

[Day 37 ] November 10 - Status changed to "Request for Initial evidence was mailed"

[Day 41 ] November 14 - Received RFIE notice

[Day 44 ] November 17 - Mailed off Response

[Day 47 ] November 21 - Status Changed to ''Response to USCIS request for evidence was received'

[Day 57 ] December 01 - Status changed to "Request for Initial evidence was mailed"

[Day 61 ] November 05 - Received RFIE notice

[Day 68 ] December 07 - Mailed off Response

I-765

[Day 1 ] October 4 - Status "Case was received"

[Day 1/57] December 01 - Form I-765 will be processed within 90 days of the receipt of the requested evidence :cry:

I think me and you are the only 2 left that's waiting for an approval lol.

I'm also still waiting for an approval. I believe a couple others as well. Didn't someone also get an RFE unfortunately a week or so ago? There are still a few of us, so don't feel like you guys are the only ones still waiting. It's unfortunate, but there are still a few of us yet to hear any good news on our cases.

Wow thanks everybody. I'm not sure but I may have been the first one from Texas to get approved. There are a lot of people yet to be approved.

I feel like the USCIS officer may have helped my case out a little. This isn't my first petition and I think we were an open and shut case to get approved.
