Jikky,

We are in the same boat. I called NVC yesterday and they haven't received our case yet. Same script, 30-35 days.

Hey jikky ur consulate is in Nigeria, mine too

Those consulates in Lagos are very unpredictable and heartless. I don't know if they get a personal satisfaction from keeping couples away from each other. My fiancée was denied K1 visa last year based on misinterpretation of marriage. The Consular said she had received a dowry and we should file 1R-1-CR-1. After almost a year at Texas Service Center. We started all over again.

We received NOA2 yesterday thank God :dancing:

It was 4 months to the day Dec 14 -Apr 14. Now let's hope the NVC process moves quickly.

I hope everyone else has the good fortune that we did.

We received our NOA2 today as well! NOA1 was on Dec. 21, so 116 days isn't bad at all.
