I actually feel good that you have RFE from them, basically it is a good sign, they are working on your documents now. For a lot of cases in VJ, once the REF response is received they would approve your case in 2-3 weeks. Be strong !

Thanks daylightvn for the encouragement..... Yeah am hoping so too...we are just gonna get d docs I think they might be asking ready..and wait for d mail...

Thanks LookyWhatIFound...am just gonna do DAT.....before I go crazy thinking...lol

One more time using my Chrome browser! Hopefully I can get my post this time! :)

Its like Daylight said. Yes its always dissapointing when this happens, butnow that it did bestthing to do is look on the Daylight side of things! :)

The milks been spilt and you can sponge it off the floor and put it back in your glass, but it will never be good enough to drink again! :D

So at this point best thing to do is just sit back and keep telling the postman to hurry up and get the RFE letter to you! Cause if you spend your time trying to figure out which of the gazillion things in your petition caused this RFE its bound to drive you crazy! :D

You're almost there, just a little longer. (F)

My husband and I sent in a lot of evidence (we're both in the U.S and have been together for 5 years). I sent in cards he wrote me, cards my parents had given us, lots of photos, months of photo logs, things with our names on it (rent, phone bill, auto insurance, bank accounts, etc.), cards I had written him. Do you have any of these?

Do you have records of chat logs or e-mails that you have exchanged? Did you send pictures that span the length of the relationship or just a bunch from a shorter length of time? And yes, do you have itineraries or tickets when you visited him?

Moreover, are you sure its evidence related or did you forgot to check off something? I hope its this, because then you could just re-send the form :)

most of the things u listed we do not have cause,we don't live together, some we can get if required...... Thanks PonJor for taking out time to elaborate more on this....I think I would try not thinking too much and just wait and see what exactly weren't wrong or missing...

You're welcome! And yes! Try not to overthink things; trust me, its a lot easier to say than do lol (I know from experience!)

I always over prepare so I would get everything just in case and have it at the ready ;)

I really wish that we filed in December instead of January so I could have been part of this thread. There seems to be a very nice bunch of people following this thread. The January filer thread is almost non existent :(

Don't worry, as far as I'm concerned you're an honorary December filer ;)

Looking at your timeline, you should be getting your approval notice next month. Fingers crossed!

Hi Bn&Dw, well you are welcome to stick around, and it seems the party in here is just starting! Also you never know you may actually beat some of us to NOA2 considering Nebraska seems to be running on turbocharger!

I am sure there are people in your thread, just probably people in the background just waiting for things to start moving.

Nebraska on turbocharger ? really ?

Yes according to VJ Nebraska filers with NOA1 dates of November 9 are getting approved.

For CSC NOA1 dates of November 18 are getting approved.

If you look at the charts you can see that CSC graph has leaped to its highest level of 150 days to get NOA2, not that thats bad but for CSC its quite a slowing trend.

But if you look at NSC chart its dropped down to around 145 days to get NOA2.

True, its possible, but also remember that date of which NOA1 dates are getting processed just means some and it doesn't mean that all petitions with that NOA1 date got processed yet.

Thank you! I wilm be following this thread. I am expecting a NOA2 around June time but it is a bit too optimistic. I am now at Heathrow and headed to thr USA to visit my husband tomorrow. So I am in a good mood. Hopefully I won't have any issue at the POE.
