Oh sorry now I understand. You were approved by USCIS and got your NOA2. But you didn't have to file a seperate petition for your daughter right? Did you have to file a seperate petition for her? If you didn't have to file a separate petition for her why would she need to get approved?

Once you do the interview you will both get the Visa. Does she have a seperate passport or just listed on your passport?

I am just guessing cause I have no facts about the process for children.

From my understanding of the process when we was filing. That the kids are included on the same I-130 as the applicate. That the only different thing that we filled out separate for his son was the biographical form. His son was even include on the K-3 app. This is just my understanding and I might be wrong on this tho.

I didn't know that so we did a separate petition , and now I am approved and she is not yet. Her father wont be a problem, I will get the letter from him anytime. but will the letter be added to the document that will be send to NVC or it will be presented at the interview ?

Keep the letter for your own safe keeping. Your daughters case is still with USCIS right? I don't know how in depth USCIS deals with your daughters case. I mean if USCIS needs information about this issue they would send you an RFE, request for evidence and then you can send them the letter. They might not ask for it but you never know if someone will ask for it, but better to be prepared.

Still I really don't understand why they didn't approve you're daughter. You sent all the petitions together right? You need to talk to somebody more knowledgeable on this cause someone in the general VJ forum may have a lot better information to give you.

His case took almost 3 months to be approved. But he filed at CSC which normally the fastest one.

For your case at NSC you can hope to be approved any day in Apr.

Yes I hope so cause I'm so anxious and ready to see a email or text to pop up lol. An my husband is about to lose his mind waiting. His says the days or starting to feel like months.
