A letter from the police or a police certificate stating that you have not committed any crime or being investigated for any crime

you would go to The Jamaica Constabulary Force and request for a Police Certificate which should state that you do not appear in the datebase there it takes about 30 or more days to get that information back

Well who is accusing you...seem there is a backstory, did you ever received a visa with the group?

ppl there yes can be malicious & if you have a clear police cert & the situation persists, then get

a local atty to clear your name (they cannot do anything re immigration) but locally they can help

you with additional record of no arrest/convictions or investigations.

there is no appeal process when a B1/2 is denied , but with such reason that don't just

go away you will have to get it fixed if a police cert. is not satisfactory.to the embassy
