Hi,

Anyone having troubles filling out question 8? I downloaded the form and question 8 is ALREADY filled with number "1" and I can't change it ....

No clue what to do with this...will greatly appreciate any help!

That field is automatically filled out (as in it automatically adds lines 1-7). There's a 1 there because the "yourself" box is already completed for you.

Also, I hope you're using Adobe to complete it -- using Preview won't work.
