What POE/s that are not too strict for K1 visa?

what's the issue, really?

if she's smuggling in dried shrimp or balut,

remember -

all is buyable inside of the usa, no need to bring the meats in the luggage !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

so, why seek 'not so strict' POE for a K-1 visa holder?

and the real answer is: any landcrossing at the Canadien Border. But ya gotta get INTO Canada first, on a valid visa issued from Canada. [Which is a huge hassle for folk holding a passport from the PI].

From what you've said and what everybody else said on this post, i think i shouldn't worry about my POE. I've read one post way back 2008 that she was denied entry although it was the only post that i can find regarding the topic and im not even sure if it was true coz the OP was only telling a story about a friend. I must admit im just overthinking things ? Thank you for the input ?

Yeah its one thing my fiance is telling me not to bring any food stuff just to be safe

Tell your fiance not to stress over Magic Sarap :) You can't bring it in, but you can order it online from Amazon.com :content:

so, what yer really saying is,

the uscitizen spouse must ALSO prep an outdoor pantry..

Right? Right !! If go cheap-y, that's about 150 for a plastic thingie, or upwards of 1000 to build a custom thingie out of wood.

But hey - got a smokehouse? Put it all in there....

We tried cooking tuyo out in the back yard, but the neighbors complained about the awful smell. They are great neighbors, so this shows you how bad that stuff smells!

The OP has much bigger worries than her POE. Where is she going to cook her tuyo...!

If you have a K1 visa stamp its not up to the POE to say you can't enter. That should have been previously vetted by the State Dept. Just like they did for Malik in San Bernadino.

$420 not enough for first Asian Market trip. Magic Sarap is expensive, haha.

No food stuffs allowed, legally. On the dec I said we didn't have any, Thinking bought in PI and in Luggage. Asawa tucked away a breakfast sandwich un-eaten, still wrapped in her carry on open top bag. It tipped over on final immigration scan belt and the bi*** overweight and overpaid agent went off on a tirade talking to no one in particular and thankfully not directly to us about stupid people trying to bring stuff in. She pulled it off the belt and surprisingly threw it away instead of keeping it for herself, :).

DOUBLE  to what Tahoma said .... a visa does NOT guarantee entry.
