I got married to her 5 years and I just got US citizenship 4months ago. Now I sponsor for my parents to US. I applied already and I got receipt for my parents for both. My wife wants to divorce now. I want to know it effect in my parents case. Thanks!

no, unless she was going to combine her income as your household member

in that case you will have to find a joint sponsor if you don't make enough

Thanks , My income is enough to sponsor for my parent. So, I don't need her anymore. I just though they will dennied my parents on interview day

and now you are divorced.

I think a Vice-Consul will take a hard look at calendar dates.
