Hey guys, my fiancée and I just got married and I'm going to apply for a green card.

Do I need certified translation of my birth certificate? It just a translated copy is ok?

Thank you very much

You need an English translation of the birth certificate to go along with a copy of your original. Anyone fluent in both languages can do the translation. The person translating needs to add this certification on the translated document > http://www.visajourney.com/content/translations

K-1 adjusters do not file an I-130. Please see the AOS guide here on VJ, and more importantly, read through the I-485 form instructions.
